These are the rules of the road for using Bubl. We've tried to keep them short, honest, and in plain English. The summary below is the deal in four sentences; the rest of the page is the legal version of the same thing.

Bubl is provided free of charge. You pay nothing; we make no warranty that recommendations are perfect, current, or in stock.
Every reply is generated by a language model. It can be wrong. Verify anything that matters — prices on the retailer's site, facts in a trusted source, professional questions with a real professional.
Use Bubl for your own questions and tasks. Don't scrape it, abuse it, automate it, or text things that are illegal or harassing.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from Bubl. For full deletion of your stored data, email support@bublcx.com. Standard carrier rates may apply.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bubl, the SMS-based conversational assistant reachable at +1 (818) 442-4213 and the website at chat.bublcx.com (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Bubl, a sole proprietorship based in the United States ("we," "us," "our"). "You" means the person texting Bubl or visiting the website.
By texting Bubl, continuing a conversation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service — and email support@bublcx.com to ask us to delete anything we hold (you can also text STOP to opt out of further messages, but STOP does not by itself trigger deletion — see our Privacy Policy § 7 for the deletion path).
You must be at least 13 years old, or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (for example, 16 in parts of the European Union and the United Kingdom). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Bubl with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements, that you are using a phone number you are authorized to use, and that your use of Bubl does not violate any law that applies to you.
Bubl is a conversational assistant you can text for help with a wide range of everyday things — researching a topic, finding stuff to buy, working through an idea, planning something, drafting messages, getting a second opinion on a decision, or thinking out loud. Bubl may search the web in real time when that helps — for shopping that may include product picks with links and prices, for research that may include articles and references. If you choose to connect a Google account, Bubl can additionally read and act on your Gmail and Calendar at your request; any action that affects your accounts or other people (sending an email, creating a calendar event) is read back to you in chat for explicit confirmation before it is taken.

We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to reply to a message, block a phone number, or terminate access for any violation of these rules — with or without notice.
Bubl is delivered over SMS, iMessage, and MMS through a third-party SMS provider. By texting Bubl:
If you change or transfer your phone number, please text STOP from the old number before retiring it, and email support@bublcx.com if you'd like the historical conversation tied to that number deleted. Otherwise, conversation history may remain associated with that number until the next person to receive it texts Bubl.
Bubl's replies may include links to third-party sites — retailers when you're shopping, news outlets and reference sites when you're researching, brand or product pages for context, and many others. Links are provided for your convenience.
We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party sites or their content, accuracy, prices, shipping, returns, privacy practices, or anything else that happens between you and them. Any transaction you enter into with a third-party retailer or service provider is solely between you and that party, under that party's own terms.
Bubl may, now or in the future, earn an affiliate commission when you buy a product through a link it recommended. Commissions never influence what Bubl recommends — recommendations are based on what fits your request. If and when affiliate links are live, our Privacy Policy will reflect that.
The Bubl name, the Bubl logo, the website, the soul, the prompts, the code, the design, the editorial voice, and the underlying software are owned by Bubl and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or build derivative products from any of these without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the messages you send to Bubl. By sending a message, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that message for the purpose of operating the Service — including transmitting it to the AI providers and SMS provider described in our Privacy Policy so that the Service can function. We do not use your messages to train AI models, sell them, or share them for advertising.
You can stop using Bubl at any time by replying STOP, which ends the conversation and opts you out of further messages. To also delete the data we hold about you, email support@bublcx.com as described in our Privacy Policy § 7. You don't need to give a reason for either.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if continued service would put us or the Service at legal risk, or if we discontinue all or part of the Service.
Bubl is an actively evolving product. We may add, remove, or change features; change the AI model that powers replies; change the SMS provider; change supported message types (text, images, MMS); change our supported countries; or pause the Service for maintenance. We will try to give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect you, but we are not required to.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including (without limitation) the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that:
Your use of the Service, and any decision or action you take based on a reply from Bubl, is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Bubl, its affiliates, or anyone involved in operating the Service be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100). You acknowledge that this limit reflects the fact that the Service is provided to you free of charge.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limits above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bubl and its officers, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first email support@bublcx.com with a description of the issue, and to give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Minor edits (clarifying wording, fixing typos, updating a link) take effect when posted. Any material change — for example, changing the dispute-resolution section, or introducing a paid feature — will be announced on this page at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the effective date below will be updated. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
